Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki promotes deep relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural healing processes.
As a trained Reiki practitioner, I offer stand alone Reiki sessions or integrative Reiki sessions that blend Reiki with traditional talk therapy—based on your preferences and needs.

Financial Commitment
I currently offer self-pay for all therapy sessions. This means you can pay directly for services without going through insurance. Many clients choose this option for greater privacy, flexibility, and control over their mental health care.
If you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance, I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit for possible reimbursement. Some insurances are accepted.
